Begin at Captain Sponge Magical Oyster Tours, where you'll explore beautiful Pambula Lake aboard an oversized oyster punt. Learn about the region's rich oyster farming traditions, the unique river estuary environment and the natural and cultural features that make this area so special.
Enjoy a hands-on oyster farm experience, including a shucking demonstration and the opportunity to shuck and taste fresh oysters right on the water. Discover the journey from farm to plate while taking in the peaceful beauty of the lake and its surrounds.
Continue to a local winery for a relaxed wine tasting experience. Sample four local wines accompanied by olives, local cheese and crackers while enjoying the welcoming atmosphere of a boutique winery. During high tide on Pambula Lake, guests may need to board from the jetty over the side of the vessel. While not a difficult movement for most guests, it may present challenges for those with limited or restricted mobility.
