Combining both natural and cultural highlights, this pleasant full-day tour begins with a scenic panoramic drive to the Shinjo Local History Museum. Here, you’ll learn about the agricultural community, view farm implements, and delve into the culture of the region.
Board a boat for a relaxed cruise on the Mogami River from Furukuchi to Kusanagi. Along the way, take in the beautiful scenery and listen to the delightful sounds of a sailor’s song sung by the boatman.

Next, explore the Sankyo Rice Storehouse, constructed in 1893. Today, this facility, comprised of multiple storehouses, has been converted to include a mini-museum dedicated to the history of rice.
