Drive through the countryside of the beautiful Gallura region to Mancini Estate (or similar in the event Mancini is not available on the day) and take a guided tour of the 45-acre vineyard. Enjoy an exclusive tasting of three excellent vintages paired with Sardinian snacks. Feel free to purchase some of the estate's fine wines if you wish.
Pass through the village of San Pantaleo en route back to Olbia.
