Head to Port Steingard for an important mission — beer tasting at the PS Brygge Café, located next to the ELØ microbrewery.
Your beer-tasting session includes five types of beer from ELØ, along with a glass of the incredibly pure drinking water of Fitjar. Non-alcoholic tasting can be provided.
A light lunch is served — a selection of seafood specialties prepared using traditional methods and served with focaccia and whole wheat bread.
Hear the myth of the Hulder — a female creature in Norwegian folklore whose gorgeous good looks are marred, sadly, by the cow's tail sticking out from beneath her skirt. Questions? Ask your guide, who has all of the indisputably factual answers.
Shop for products from the Fitjar Islands and from a soap producer based in Kråko. Check out the Hulder Boulder, the stunning surroundings, and the pretty architecture before returning to Leirvik by coach.
