Glide comfortably through the treetops and across the sea on this 5- to 10-minute ride. From your flying beach chair, take in stunning views of Mahogany Bay and the island of Roatán. This is the world's only chairlift that drops you off right on a beautiful Caribbean beach, where a private air-conditioned cabana awaits you.
Your cozy pre-paid cabana includes a double-size hammock, four beach floats and a personal food-and-beverage server from the nearby Hurricane Hole Bar & Grill -- perfect for families or for those who want to make their time in Roatán particularly memorable. Located along a stretch of white sand, a short distance from the Mahogany Bay Cruise Terminal, each cabana features air-conditioning, a furnished interior, a double hammock, shared use of community beach furnishings, an outdoor shower, and two beach lounge chairs (others are available on the beach).
Up to four floats are included, and up to four chairlift tickets to/from the beach.
Notes:
Cabana rental is sold by the bungalow. Each bungalow can accommodate up to four guests. Once on board the ship, up to two additional guests can be added to the party through the Shore Excursions office for an additional per-person surcharge. Rental is non-refundable. There are no steps between the cruise ship pier and Mahogany Beach, so the entire facility is wheelchair accessible but requires either a motorized chair or a companion to assist due to the grade. Minimum height is 32 inches. Minimum age is 3 years.
