• Refund Methods: Cancellations made pre-cruise online or directly by Holland America Line are credited to the original form of payment. Onboard cancellations are issued as a refundable Onboard Credit to your shipboard account. Any remaining refundable credit at the end of your sailing will be processed per instructions sent to your email.

• Timing & Deadlines: Most standard tours can be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to arriving at the port of call. Cancellations made onboard after this deadline incur a 100% fee.

• Specialty Excursions:

  • Overland Adventures & Overnight Tours: Cancellation fees vary by itinerary; please consult individual tour descriptions for specific terms.

  • Private Vehicles: Non-refundable within 3 days of embarkation.

  • Alaska Land & Sea Journeys: Optional land excursions are non-refundable within 3 days of departure.
