Answer: If you need help making a new reservation or changing a reservation, you can contact us by clicking the customer support icon at the bottom right of the screen and asking to "connect with a live agent" or by phone at 1300-987-322 (Australia) or 0800-449-676 (New Zealand) during the following hours:
Monday – Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, closed.
