El Valle is a picturesque and isolated town in the Panamanian hinterland, set at the bottom of an old volcanic crater.

Visit the El Chorro Waterfall area, surrounded by tropical rain forest. A beautiful trail allows you to appreciate the flora and fauna of the area.

Lunch is served at a local hotel.

Make the most of some time at the local handicraft market to buy some souvenirs and to interact with the Panamanian people.
