Ensenada -- the self-proclaimed Cinderella of the Pacific -- is a colorful city with surprising charms, including a spring-like climate all year round.

Depart the pier on a scenic drive past the harbor and through the main plaza, where you'll see a signature monument that represents important figures in Mexican history.

Leave the coach and stroll down the Calle Primera, brimming with atmosphere thanks to a multitude of appealing restaurants, bars, cafés and craft shops. This part of town was made famous by Anthony Bourdain's TV show, No Reservations.

Shop like a local at the bustling fish market, founded in 1950. Your guide will help you navigate the staggering selection of seafood on offer, all fresh off the boats in the harbor.

Next, visit the city's first tequileria for an overview of the history and production of tequila, accompanied by a tasting. Before long, you'll be speaking the language of silver, reposado and añejo, with a dash of olé!
