Long feted for its beautiful French-Pacific Rim fusion cuisine, balmy nights and relaxed-pace service, this stunning restaurant, suspended over the lagoon, beckons gourmands from the world over to celebrate an evening out in the Society Islands of French Polynesia.
Transfer to the InterContinental Tahiti Resort & Spa and take your seat in the intimate circle that is Le Lotus. Your menu for the evening will be based on the freshest fare, but may include quail and foie gras or ink prawn appetizers, pork trilogy or a catch-of-the-day main course, and an innovative, dreamlike vanilla or chocolate creation for dessert.
Beverages, wine and spirits are not included but can be ordered on site (at your own expense). The menu is not suitable for vegan or vegetarian guests. Plates are served as smaller-portion, tasting-style cuisine with delicate presentation. Service in French Polynesia tends to be very relaxed, allowing guests plenty of time to savor the views and island atmosphere. Bring a light sweater/jacket in case of cooler temperatures. Wear/bring mosquito repellent.
