You will also stop at a local village to witness the daily life of the farmers and learn about making a living in the countryside. Continue to Kampot town, with a population of about 40,000 inhabitants, to view its beautiful French colonial architecture. Enjoy a fresh seafood lunch at a local restaurant here. The area is known for its fresh and delicious crab—straight from the ocean to your plate. On the way back to Sihanoukville, you’ll spend a few minutes at Ropang Ropov fishing village to see locals bringing in the catch, mending nets, or relaxing after the day’s work.
