A sumptuous Jamaican meal awaits you at the Good Hope Great House. The menu was designed and created by Tammy Hart -- an experienced chef in her own right who worked as Al Pacino’s personal chef before returning home to Jamaica.

Your informative tour guide will educate you on historical Falmouth while you drive through the town en route to Good Hope Estate.

Tour the house, built in the 1700s and restored to its original grandeur. Here you will see the 2,000-acre grounds that were once a working plantation.

You will also tour the estate, visit the ruins, and stroll near the Martha Brae River.

Relax in splendor at the Great House and indulge in a three-course lunch. The menu includes crisp salad, herb rice and true Jamaica dishes highlighting distinctive spices -- curried chicken with mango chutney, escovietch fish made with fresh local fish, and fried plantain -- a true Jamaican favorite.

To finish, sample the sweet tastes of coconut drops and banana muffins that use fruits from within and around the estate.

Travel time to the Good Hope Estate is approximately 1½ hours each way.
