Feel the thrill of driving an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) around Grand Turk and awaken all of your senses to the raw beauty of the natural landscape here.

Meet your guide at the pier, for safety gear, and listen to instructions. Practice your ATV driving skills; then, you’ll head out caravan-style on your unforgettable ride.

Be ready to get down and dirty as you ride the rugged trails that skirt one of the island's largest salt ponds. The winding trails that once navigated by donkeys carting precious cargo are now your off-road playground. Hoof tracks are replaced by your tire tracks as you make your mark on the island's outback trails. Follow your guide as you skillfully navigate your ATV through diverse terrain, from beautiful sandy coastline to a shaded, mangrove-lined lagoon. A short trek up a hill gives you stunning views of the Atlantic, the Turks & Caicos' surrounding cays, and scenic vistas of the island.

Back on your unit, bob and weave your way along limestone plateaus and through low tropical vegetation as you experience the rich natural ecology of the island. Keep your eyes peeled for local wildlife that might make an appearance as you maneuver through their hidden habitat. This exciting, bumpy ride is a great way to experience Grand Turk's natural heritage up close.

Remember to take before and after photos of yourself so you can relish the dust and dirt you've accumulated along your ride -- a true badge of honor!
