Join this journey that is full of the sights and flavors of beautiful Grand Cayman.

Climb aboard an air-conditioned motor coach and visit the Cayman Islands Brewery to see how the only beer brewed on the island (Caybrew) is made and bottled. See the brewing process from start to finish and of course there’ll be time at the end for a sample.

Head through downtown George Town, past several famous landmarks -- Fort George, the Legislative Assembly Building, Heroes Square, the Peace Memorial and many of the numerous banks for which Grand Cayman is famous.

At the Rum Cake Center, sample Cayman’s world-famous rum cake.

At the brewing facilities of Seven Fathoms Rum, see the unique brewing process of Grand Cayman’s first and only rum distillery. Watch a brief, informative video about the history of Cayman rum and culture and, of course, have a taste of the award-winning Seven Fathom’s Rum.

Enjoy the ocean view, purchase lunch at the restaurant (at your own expense), or take advantage of the water sports offered on site (also at your own expense).

When you are ready to return to the ship, it’s just a short walk back to the pier.

Notes:

Wear comfortable walking shoes and sunscreen. Participants must walk approximately 100 yards from the pier to the bus.
