Travel the English motorway to London and the city's famous Tower Pier.

Board a riverboat for a scenic cruise through London on the famous River Thames. Your vessel features a glass observation deck, as well as an open-air promenade deck. You'll see the neo-Gothic Parliament buildings that dominate the riverbank, and pass the Tower of London where William the Conqueror created London's notorious royal prison and the site of some very bloody executions. The iconic, Victorian-era Tower Bridge is situated adjacent to the Tower of London.

Next, travel to the best vantage point in London -- the London Eye. Built to celebrate the Millennium, the London Eye is the world's highest observation wheel. You'll take an approximately 35-minute spin on this giant Ferris wheel, slowly rotating in a specially-designed glass capsule that provides extraordinary views across the city. On a clear day, the panorama stretches from Heathrow Airport to Windsor Castle.

Enjoy lunch at a first-class hotel in central London.

This afternoon, you'll continue to Westminster Abbey, world-renowned as the resting place of Britain's monarchs, and as the setting for great pageants and coronations since 1066. The Abbey also reflects more poignant memories with the tomb of the unknown warrior representing the thousands killed in World War I and, more recently, as the setting for the funeral of Diana, Princess of Wales. You'll have an opportunity to visit the gift shop before returning to Dover and the ship.

Travel time from Dover to London is approximately two hours each way. The transfer is escorted; a local guide will join you in London. Tour does not operate on Sundays.
