The National Botanic Garden of Wales is rapidly becoming one of the most beautiful gardens in the United Kingdom. Nestled in the stunningly beautiful Tywi Valley, it was opened in 2000 as one of the national Millennium projects of Wales. Today, it is a profusion of rare, fragrant, exotic, weird, spooky and wonderful plants.

At the garden, you will be given a map of the grounds and will have free time to explore at your leisure. Outdoors, you will find a unique double-walled garden, a Japanese Garden, vegetable plots, tranquil lakes and elegant lily ponds, all surrounded by beautifully nurtured rolling parkland. Inside, the award-winning Great Glasshouse offers a collection of plants from around the world, all carefully maintained in a controlled climate.

Re-board your coach for the transfer to Narberth -- an attractive small town with a wealth of local crafts and cafés. You will have free time here to shop or have lunch (at your own expense) at one of the many restaurants or pubs.

Lunch is not included. You will have time to purchase lunch at your own expense during the tour.
