Beautiful Upcountry Maui is your destination on this interactive adventure designed to awaken your senses. Enjoy multi-island views from 3 - 4,000 feet above sea level. You'll explore beautiful high-altitude pasturelands as you travel to a variety of sensational attractions.

First up -- the Surfing Goat Dairy. This Upcountry dairy produces more than thirty award-winning cheeses, from fresh creamy chèvre and feta to ripened cheeses in wax. Pet and feed the friendly goats, learn how they are milked, and find out how the delicious award-winning cheeses are produced. Delight your taste buds as you savor gourmet cheeses and enjoy a fresh island lunch.

Your next stop is at Ocean Vodka Organic Farm & Distillery. True to Ocean Vodka's organic and sustainable commitment, the importance of organic farming for the conservation of land and ocean, and sustainable manufacturing and the production of spirits are quite evident here. Sample the vodka and rum, and take home a souvenir shot glass. Linger on the beautiful grounds and take in the views across the central Maui Valley with the West Maui Mountains, Kahoolawe and Lanai in the distance.

At the serene gardens of Ali'i Kula Lavender Farm, 45 different varieties of lavender grow all year round. The fresh and invigorating fragrance invites you to explore on a guided garden tour. You will learn all about this mysterious herb in a garden surrounded by vibrant proteas and Tuscan olive trees. Visit the studio gift shop and discover a variety of quality products and gifts directly from the gardens, made 'with lavender and aloha' just for you.

A short drive through the countryside brings you to the coolest little town in Maui. Pa'ia village reflects its heritage as a unique Hawaiian plantation town founded in the latter half of the 19th century. The first Pa'ia sugar mill was constructed in the 1870s as the sugar industry took hold on Maui. In recent decades, the unique blend of shops, boutiques, and restaurants that make up Pa'ia has made it a destination in its own right, nestled along some of Maui's best beaches and still surrounded by sugar cane. Boutiques featuring everything from high-end fashion to beachwear line the streets, not far from some of the world's best windsurfing spots.

Shop, dine or purchase a beverage in Pa'ia (at your own expense), or watch the kite- and wind-surfers as you relax on the beach.

Return to the pier in Lahaina, taking home a little piece of Upcountry Maui in your heart.

Dress comfortably and bring a light jacket for colder and variable weather conditions that may be encountered at 4,000 feet above sea level. Goat cheese can be directly purchased at the farm, and ordered online or by phone. Minimum age to sample alcohol is 21 years. Participants under the age of 21 will sample mineral water and receive a small gift from the on-site shop. There are gravel paths an inclines to negotiate at the lavender garden. Wheelchairs and walkers are not permitted on tour due to lack of storage space in the limo van. Participants must be able to walk 1,000 feet, and independently enter and exit the limo-van.
