The Valparaíso region of Chile stretches from the Pacific coast to the Andes Mountains. Explore some of the highlights of this region, including the breathtaking city of San Antonio and the lush Rosario Valley, which produces some of Chile's best wines.

Your tour begins with a panoramic drive into the heart of San Antonio, which spreads across rolling hills and coastal dunes. Just north of the mouth of the Maipo River, the city is crossed in two sections by beautiful estuaries and is the hub of a rich fishing area along the Chilean coast.

Continue by coach to the Rosario Valley for a visit to Matetic Vineyard's biodynamic winery, which has featured in Food & Wine magazine. Due to the fact that it is totally encircled by mountains, the Rosario Valley boasts the ideal climatic and topographic conditions for both red and white wines. The Matetic Vineyard is run by the fourth generation of a family who arrived in Chilean Patagonia back in 1892. View the architecturally stunning wine cellar, watch the wine-making process and enjoy a tasting of some of the excellent wines produced here. Savor the terroir, which is enhanced by Pacific Ocean breezes and the granite soil that is rich in quartz minerals.

You will also have some free time to browse at El Emporio, a well-curated boutique stocking a variety of local products, handicrafts and wine accessories. This is a tour that is heaven for both wine lovers and anyone who appreciates a gorgeous setting.
