There is only one place in the United States where you can take a tour of a producing pineapple plantation and that is on Maui at the Hali’imaile Pineapple Plantation.

Journey to the historic plantation village of Hali’imaile to learn about Maui’s pineapple heritage. Visit the sprawling pineapple fields and learn how the most delicious pineapple in the world are harvested, packed and shipped on this Hawaiian island.

Taste the various stages of Maui pineapple growing.

Enjoy a locally grown upcountry lunch that is a local favorite on the slopes of the Haleakala Volcano. Delicious entrées perfectly complement the farm and agricultural component of your tour.

Minimum age is 5 years. The route will be winding and bumpy; guests who suffer from motion sickness should consider this before booking and/or take appropriate medication. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. Wear comfortable shoes, sunscreen, hat and darker-colored clothing that won’t be stained by the red "Maui dust". Your clothing may get dirty. Tour does not operate on holidays.
