Experience Buenos Aires on this foodies' tour of authentic restaurants in the city, with a small group of like-minded travelers (8 to 20 people) Your day begins with a guided panoramic drive through Buenos Aires, taking in many of the highlights such as Plaza de Mayo, Avenida 9 de Julio and the Parks of Palermo.

A culinary walking tour takes you through one of the city's most traditional neighborhoods. You will visit three distinctive eateries for a true taste of Buenos Aires. You will try empanadas, choripan (sausage with French baguette), barbecued meats, grilled provoleta cheese and chimichurri (a dipping sauce of fresh herbs, garlic, and peppers). The tour includes bottled water, red wine with your lunch main course.

For dessert, visit a traditional heladeria to enjoy homemade ice cream. This outing is a great choice for carnivores, as you will enjoy the experience of how, where and what the local people eat. Much of their diet is based around Argentina's wonderful meat products. The tour supports restaurants that are locally owned, and your guide will talk about the history of the places you visit, sharing stories of life, both past and present, in these great neighborhoods.

Portions are small at each restaurant, but you will be full at the end of the tour.

Wear comfortable walking shoes and dress for the weather. Corkage policy: Wine purchased on this tour is exempt from the on-board corkage fee (offer limited to one bottle of wine per person).
