Learn the secrets of preparing a variety of Moroccan specialties during this memorable cooking demonstration and lunch at La Toque Blanche School of Gastronomy.

Depart the pier for the scenic 30-minute drive along the Corniche -- the road that leads along the Atlantic Ocean en route to Anfa. Anfa is an elegant residential district perched on a hill overlooking the city of Casablanca. Broad avenues, green parks and magnificent villas in a variety of architectural styles adorn this area. Your first stop is the bustling Central Market, home to a cavalcade of color, charm, street musicians, a fish market, charming handicrafts, and spices.

With ingredients in hand, you will proceed to the La Toque Blanche School of Gastronomy. Refreshments and pastries await you upon your arrival. An informative cooking demonstration follows. Learn about the spices and methods used in the creation of a variety of Moroccan entrées and desserts. Afterwards, a lunch consisting of the featured dishes is served.

Take home a certificate of participation. Your tour ends with a 30-minute drive back to the pier.
