As you head out on your tour, watch for the Mudejar-style tobacco factory, built in 1741, which now serves as the Congress building.

Your guide will also point out Santo Domingo Church, the old Royal Prison in Andalusian neo-Classical style and the Roman theatre. Pass the ancient Phoenician port of La Caleta, the botanic gardens and the castle walls that once protected the town.

Leave the motorcoach at Plaza de España and walk to a nearby taberna. Step inside at Flamenco la Cava for a stylish demonstration of typical Spanish flamenco dance. A traditional Spanish meal including tapas and drinks will be served as you watch the performance. The menu include Iberian sausage, potatoes, Andalusian-style croquettes, fried fish and shrimp fritters.
