View the highlights of Cádiz from your motorcoach as you take a panoramic drive through the city.

Then, you'll head out of the city to Jerez de la Frontera -- the sherry capital of the world. It is a beautiful city that boasts a strong Moorish influence in its architecture. The uniquely sweet sherry grape grows in abundance here, in a warm, dry microclimate, away from the marine environment of Cádiz. For centuries, Jerez has been renowned for the superb wines produced by the 'solera and criadera' method -- a system of graduated ageing of the wine in different barrel types, which produces a rich sherry of amazing quality, structure and taste.

Take a short stroll through the historical part of Jerez on your way to Bodegas Gonzalez Byass. This local wine cellar proudly showcases some of the region's best sherry wines, including the world-famous Tio Pepe Fino. Enjoy a tasting of four different sherries which, in true Andalusian style, will be accompanied by delicious tapas and music provided by a local flamenco guitarist .

Notes:

Minimum age to participate in wine tasting is 18 years. Tapas include Spanish ham, Manchego cheese, Tosta Tio Pepe, fried aubergine with salmorejo, Spanish omelette, croquettes, seafood rice, and bread sticks.
