Approximately 4 hours
Cleland Wildlife Park is situated in the rolling hills of Adelaide's Mount Lofty Ranges. The park is where people and animals meet and is home to a large collection of native Australian animals and birds. Set in 172 acres of picturesque bushland, it is where kangaroos, wallabies and emus run free.
Get close to the koalas, see lakes for the waterfowl, and walk through aviaries and enclosures for dingoes, Tasmanian devils, goanna, small mammals, and reptiles. You may be able to have your photo taken a koala (at your own expense).
Your tour returns to Adelaide with wonderful views over the gulf waters, the city and the Adelaide Plains.
Wear comfortable walking shoes. Due to high demand, koala-holding session times and availability are very limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis. Be sure to check times on arrival to avoid disappointment. If the temperature reaches 32C or higher, the koala close-ups and photos are canceled, as it is too hot for the koalas.
