South Australia's best-known wine region, the Barossa Valley, is home to many of Australia's major producers.

Explore the valley on a scenic drive and visit a number of wineries. During the first wine-tasting session, you'll examine the wonderful flavors and blends of Barossa's famed produce.

Next, enjoy more of the fruits of the vine at a second local winery, accompanied by cheese and crackers.

You'll also visit the South Australian Company Store, nestled among picturesque vineyards. This venue is located in an old historic army barracks and has been completely restored and refurbished. It is now one of the Barossa's most-feted experiences. Treat your tastebuds to some of the region's gourmet delights, such as cheese, dried fruit, crusty bread, olive balsamic and chutney paired with matching wines. The friendly staff will guide you through a structured cuisine and wine-pairing experience featuring local producers and boutique, non-cellar door labels. The hosts also offer a wealth of information on local history. Relax and enjoy a main-course lunch with an accompanying glass of wine .
