Holland America Line's Low Fare Guarantee means you are receiving the best price on your cruise fare, even after booking! If you find a lower fare within 72 hours, simply submit a Low Fare Guarantee form to claim your savings. After validation, we will gift you an Onboard Credit worth 110% of the difference - guaranteed. The Low Fare Gurantee is available to guests that have booked a Holland America Line cruise through the Book Early & Save promotion.

How To Redeem:

1. Complete your Book Early & Save booking reservation
2. If you find a lower fare within 72 hours of booking with Book Early & Save, verify your eligibility by accessing this link and filling out the appropriate form page 
3. Once verified, your onboard spending credit will be added to your booking

Terms & Conditions

Low Fare Guarantee is only available to guests who are legal residents of the 50 US/DC or Canada, and that booked a Holland America Lines (“HAL”) cruise through the Book Early & Save promotion (DV*) between July 12, 2022, and September 27, 2022. If a guest booked a HAL cruise through the Book Early & Save promotion (DV*) (the “Original Booking”) and such guest finds an active, cheaper price for the identical verified booking within 72 hours of the Original Booking, HAL will give the guest an On Board Credit (“OBC”) with a value of 110% of the difference between what the guest paid for the Original Booking and the cheaper fare located.  The cheaper located booking must consist of the identical details at the Original Booking (including but not limited to, on the same ship as the Original Booking, the same sail dates, the same stateroom category, and the same number of guests).  Determination as to whether the located price is identical to the Original Booking will be in HAL’s sole discretion.  

If a guest finds an identical booking they believe is less expensive than their Original Booking, the guest must submit a Low Fare Guarantee claim and provide proof of qualifying lower fare within 72 hours of their Original Booking by visiting the Low Fare Guarantee landing page, which is accessible via www.hollandamerica.com. Guarantee claim form must be submitted by September 30, 2022 to be eligible.  If HAL is able to verify and process the guarantee claims, it will apply the OBC to the guest’s Mariner number. If the guest does not have a Mariner number, Holland America Line will create a Mariner number for the guest. 

Limit: One (1) OBC through the Low Fare Guarantee per stateroom. OBC can be applied while on the cruise portion of Alaska Cruisetours only. OBC is in USD and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and has no cash value. OBC expires at the end of the Eligible Cruise and may not be used in the casino or on gratuities or any other specified fees or items.  

HAL reserves discretion for applying this guarantee.  The guarantee and/or its terms may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Ships' Registry: The Netherlands.
