Anniversary Sale: Unless otherwise noted, all elements of the Anniversary Sale (collectively, “Offer”) are available only on Summer 2023–Winter/Spring 2024 cruises/cruisetours and exclude Grand Voyages and any cruise lasting 3 days or less booked between April 5, 2023, and May 31, 2023 (“Eligible Cruises”). Offer has no cash value and is subject to availability, capacity controlled, available on new bookings only, and neither transferable, substitutable, nor redeemable for cash. May not be combinable with other offers. Holland America Line (“HAL”) may modify or withdraw the Offer or any of its elements at any time. HAL is not responsible or liable for any errors relating to the Offer, including technical or printing errors. Exclusions may apply; void where prohibited. Changes or refunds may not be permitted. Up to 45% off discount is based off applicable launch fare on a space-available basis. The percentage off discount applies to cruise fare only and does not apply to Taxes, Fees & Port Expenses. Launch fares are offering fares and may not have been in effect for the past 90 days or resulted in actual sales in all categories. Offer ends May 31, 2023. Reduced Deposit is a reduced per-person booking deposit available only for 1st/2nd guests in a stateroom on new bookings for select cruises and cruisetours booked outside of the final payment date. Applies only to full deposits and shall not further reduce already reduced deposits. Discount already reflected on listed/advertised deposits. Balance is due on final payment of the booking. Offer is available only on eligible cruises and cruisetours unless sold out or otherwise withdrawn. Standard refund and cancellation conditions apply. A deposit is required for all stateroom guests and the amount of deposit varies, even if deposit is reduced per Offer. Onboard Credit (“OBC”) will be applied to guest’s folio account and amount varies based on stateroom type as follows: US$25 per person (US$50 per stateroom) for guests booked on a 4- to 13-day cruise in an Interior or Ocean View stateroom; US$50 per person (US$100 per stateroom) for guests booked on a 4- to 13-day cruise in a Verandah stateroom; US$75 per person (US$150 per stateroom) for guests booked on a 4- to 13-day cruise in a Suite; US$50 per person (US$100 per stateroom) for guests booked on a 14-day or longer cruise in an Interior or Ocean View stateroom; US$100 per person (US$200 per stateroom) for guests booked on a 14-day or longer cruise in a Verandah stateroom; US$150 per person (US$300 per stateroom) for guests booked on a 14-day or longer cruise in a Suite. Limit: One (1) OBC per guest. OBC is in USD, is neither refundable, transferable, nor redeemable for cash, and has no cash value. OBC may be used only on the Eligible Cruise with which it was awarded in connection and expires at the end of such Eligible Cruise. OBC may not be used in the Casino or on other specified fees or items. Ships’ Registry: The Netherlands.
