Something big is happening across the Holland America fleet.<\/p>\n

Zuiderdam<\/em> is the next ship to be reimagined through Holland America Evolution \u2014 the largest fleet update in our 153-year history. That means the bold transformation of our fleet is expanding, with Zuiderdam<\/em> Spring 2028 sailings open for booking beginning July 30.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Evolution Expands<\/h2><\/div>

Holland America Evolution<\/a> is a bow-to-stern transformation of six Signature and Vista Class ships, bringing Pinnacle Class experiences to more of our fleet. Crafted for how guests travel today, our refreshed cruise experience feels both premium and personal \u2014 with every update building on our heritage of service and perfectly sized ships to craft something new, something unforgettable, something more.<\/p>\n

The reimagined Oosterdam<\/em> is set to debut in December 2027. But that\u2019s just the beginning. Now Zuiderdam<\/em> is taking our fleet transformation to the next phase.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

A Ship Built for This Moment<\/h2><\/div>

Zuiderdam<\/em> is a Vista Class ship designed for the kind of travel Holland America does best. She’s perfectly sized to weave through straits and channels with ease and offers the intimacy of a smaller vessel, without losing any of the extensive variety and enrichment guests expect on board Holland America cruises.<\/p>\n

Now she’s getting the full Evolution treatment. So what does that entail?<\/p>\n<\/div>

The Grand Dutch Caf\u00e9<\/b> \u2014 The ultimate in European caf\u00e9 culture at sea, Grand Dutch Caf\u00e9 is rooted in our Dutch heritage and inspired by the unmistakable vibe of caf\u00e9s across Amsterdam and Northern Europe. It\u2019s a place to get your morning espresso, a mid-day beer, or a light bite with friends and family in the evening. Zuiderdam<\/em>\u2019s Grand Dutch Caf\u00e9 will be the largest edition of the caf\u00e9 yet in Holland America Evolution.<\/p>\n

Stateroom Evolution<\/b> \u2014 Staterooms throughout Zuiderdam<\/em> are getting a refresh, providing the Pinnacle Class cruising experience that defines Holland America. We are also introducing new room categories designed for how guests travel today, including two new Bridgeview suites, 14 new Vista Suites, and 32 Solo Verandahs.<\/p>\n

Thoughtful Design<\/b> \u2014 Refreshed public spaces throughout the ship are designed to enhance how our guests connect to the world and each other.<\/p>\n<\/div>
