Known for his innovative approach to Japanese cuisine, Chef Morimoto\u2019s expertise and signature flavors will now be available in a new \u00e0 la carte sushi bar experience \u2014 replacing Nami Sushi \u2014 alongside exclusive culinary pop-ups at sea.<\/p>\n<h4>A Grand Debut on Rotterdam<\/h4>\n<p>The first official Morimoto by Sea sushi bar will launch on March 28, 2025, aboard Rotterdam. To celebrate, guests sailing the 9-Day Southern Caribbean Seafarer cruise will have the rare opportunity to meet Chef Morimoto in person on March 29\u201330. Watch as he works behind the sushi counter, sharing his artistry and passion with travelers on this unforgettable voyage.<\/p>\n<h4>Expanding Morimoto by Sea<\/h4>\n<p>As part of this evolution, Morimoto by Sea sushi bars will debut on additional ships throughout 2025, replacing Nami Sushi on:<\/p>\n<p>April 22, 2025 \u2013 Koningsdam<br \/>\nMay 10, 2025 \u2013 Eurodam<br \/>\nMay 25, 2025 \u2013 Nieuw Amsterdam<br \/>\nJune 15, 2025 \u2013 Nieuw Statendam<\/p>\n<p>This fleetwide expansion builds upon the success of the Morimoto by Sea concept, which already includes a dedicated restaurant on Nieuw Amsterdam and pop-up dining experiences in Pinnacle Grill and Tamarind.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-2\"><h4>What\u2019s on the Menu?<\/h4>\n<p>The new Morimoto by Sea sushi bars will offer an exceptional \u00e0 la carte dining experience each evening, featuring an exquisite selection of freshly prepared sushi, sashimi, and signature rolls.
