A popular Dutch treat, the stroopwafel is a round thin waffle cookie with two layers and caramel filling. Add the eggs to the cream cheese mixture in four additions, mixing until fully incorporated after each addition and scraping down the bowl as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Add the heavy cream and vanilla and mix until fully incorporated. Fold in chopped stroopwafel.<\/li>\n<li>Pour into prepared pan. Gently tap the pans to release any air bubbles.<\/li>\n<li>Bake in hot water bath at 325\u00b0F until the centers of the cakes are set, about 1 hour and 15 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Cool the cakes completely in the pans on racks. Wrap the cakes, in the pans, in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to fully set.<\/li>\n<li>To unmold, you may need to briefly and gently heat the bottom and sides of the cake pan. Run a knife around the side of the pan. Remove and put on a serving plate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>The Biscoff Caramel Sauce:<\/h4>\n<p>160 g\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Sugar<\/p>\n<p>100 g\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Water<\/p>\n<p>200 g\u00a0 \u00a0 Cream<\/p>\n<p>125 g\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Butter<\/p>\n<p>250 g\u00a0 \u00a0 Biscoff Spread<\/p>\n<p>Instructions:\u00a0Caramelize sugar and water.\u00a0Add the cream.
