In June, Amsterdam’s 2nd Officer Dominic Harrison and 3rd Officer Colin Campbell led a tender-driver course. All of the candidates passed with flying colors and on July 11 they received their certificates. Congrats!
Every other week in Halifax, Maasdam’s crew gets together for a friendly soccer game. Amsterdam crew members played a few games of soccer in Skagway, Alaska, on July 16th. The red team won 3-2 over the blue team in the first game and again 2-1 in the second game. Peggy Kaham is Amsterdam’s human resources manager.
With Maasdam’s large crew change coming up in Boston, many of the housekeeping staff will be disembarking.
