From June 12-19, Maasdam celebrated the 112th Philippine Independence Day. The festivities started with a flag raising ceremony and a sumptuous dinner, followed by a tug of war competition and of course, a crew party. We celebrated Easter with an Easter Brunch in the Dining Room featuring chocolate eggs and chocolate bunnies around the buffet. The mid-section in the Dining Room was closed for this event and we made buffet tables for bread, pastries, cold appetizers, hot entrees and desserts.
