During the recent Food & Beverage Aficionado Cruise aboard Oosterdam hosted by Holland America Line’s Wine Curator James Suckling, guests were able to attend an exclusive Chef’s Table dinner. On the cruise, James was joined by Italy’s Marchesi Frescobaldi and Chile’s 2018 Decanter Man of the Year Eduardo Chadwick, two renowned experts.
