Yesterday was National Chocolate Day, and there’s no better way to celebrate than by creating a chocolate confection by our superstar chocolatier and Culinary Council Member Jacques Torres. In this YouTube video, Jacques demonstrates how to make chocolate petal cups filled with chocolate mousse. It’s not as difficult as it looks, so give it a try!
