During one of the cooking demonstrations done by Sirio and Egidiana Maccioni, owners of the Le Cirque restaurants, we surprised Mr. Maccioni for his birthday. Fifty crew members interrupted the cooking show by marching in with a big cake while singing Happy Birthday. The captain, also celebrating his birthday that same day, came to wish Sirio Maccioni a happy birthday … and vice versa.
