Aboard Rotterdam, calling at Santorini, Greece. This Thursday night we had a barbecue on the aft deck around the pool. Many guests took advantage of the barbecue with some real Greek influence.

Aboard ms Rotterdam. Tuesday night gave another highlight of the cruise. Peter Kofler, the executive chef, and his staff showed their talents in creating the most fabulous dessert creations. Let the pictures show what is I think was the most photographed event of our cruise. Peter, it was great.

As you can see the Silk Den Bar section has been lifted on board the Nieuw Amsterdam, while the Tamarind Restaurant section is still waiting patiently ashore to be lifted on board and to be installed behind the Silk Den section. Henry Veringa is HAL’s newbuild project manager at the yard.
