Holland America Line’s Master Chef Rudi Sodamin is aboard Amsterdam for part of the Grand World Voyage. In Sydney he went ashore and got some fresh seafood to bring aboard. Looks like he’s going to create something delicious for the guests tonight!

Last night, we held a themed event titled “Five Oceans Casino.” The lounges, casino and dining room was decorated with casino card cascades, playing card cut-outs, and balloons with dice weights.
