We were very honored to have Jacques and Hasty Torres on board last sailing. Jacques Torres is a member of Holland America Line’s Culinary Council.
Jacques has been giving Chocolate Demonstrations in our Culinary Art Center and the guests loved it (another post to come so stay tuned!).
Captain Bowland and I invited them on the bridge, gave them a tour and had a picture taken with him. They were very impressed with everything they saw and had explained to them about the navigational bridge, and we were equally impressed with all the adventures and educational stories they told us about chocolate.
Jacques and Hasty Torres told us that they had an absolutely magnificent time on board the Eurodam on their cruise in the Caribbean.
