YIELD: 1 Bowl
6 oz Rigatoni
3 oz Spicy Sausage
6 oz Fresh Tomato Sauce
12 ea fresh marjoram, leaves
12 ea Italian parsley, leaves
.25 tsp Kosher Salt and Black Pepper Mix
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
1 oz. Parmesan, shaved
Cook Rigatoni in boiling salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes.
In a saute pan, brown sausage and break into large chunks about 1”. Add fresh tomato sauce. Reduce by a third.
Finish Pasta with Marjoram and Parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Finish Plate with EVOO and Parmesan.
