Culinary Arts Center
This section on the Noordam is a feature we’ve not experienced on other cruises. Equipped with a closed circuit TV and a state of the art preparation center, it is a perfect setting for culinary instructions by Chef Marc-Andre Poirier along with hands-on events that let guests experience making mouth-watering entrees themselves. Likewise, the Center serves as the venue for a number of creative and lifestyle activities with Party Planner Cat Stevens Noble and Lifestylist Diana Roberts.

On our first sea day, we were delighted to watch Marc-Andre’s creative demonstrations on Crème Brulee, Tuna Tartar and Tenderloin with Foie Gras garnished with fresh herbs, spices and cooking wine. During the presentations, Cat provided expert details while Marc-Andre worked. The two made a wonderful team providing just the right amount of demonstration and explanation to keep you on track for your next party.
