Master Chef Rudi Sodamin and Traveling Corporate Executive Chef John Mulvaney spent two days in the Holland America test kitchen this week working on new dishes to delight HAL guests. The two are putting the finishing touches on recipes for 12 new desserts and 25 new dishes that will be rolled out during the upcoming Alaska and Europe seasons.
