Cruise Diary: Palma de Mallorca

Yvon and Cees Kloppenburg are currently on a seven-day western Mediterranean cruise on board Ryndam. They will be staying on for a second HAL cruise right after they complete this one and will be chronicling their back-to-back cruising experience for us on the blog.

This morning after a fine breakfast in the dining room we decided to have the long walk along the yacht harbor boulevard to the city of Palma de Mallorca. It was the second time we visited Palma but there is always something new to see and take photos of. On the second leg of our cruise we will have another visit to Palma de Mallorca.

Yes, he is still there at the entrance steps to the cathedral, this Argentinian guitar player. It is such a pleasure to listen to his fantastic music, as I said to Yvon, let’s hope he is casted one day by so he can play on the ship.

At the moment, as I write this blog and enjoy my cup of coffee in the Explorer’s Lounge of Ryndam, I do not have his name by hand. But on my other call to Palma on next week’s cruise I will get his name.
