Cruise Diary: Culinary Arts Center

Pamela Baade, Holland America Line’s manager of corporate giving, is currently sailing the eastern Caribbean on board Eurodam and will be updating us regularly throughout her cruise.

Greetings from Eurodam! Today we enjoyed a demonstration in the Culinary Arts Center with party planner Beth and the ship’s specialty restaurant chefs. In addition to a cooking demonstration, guests received a delicious taste during the show and recipes to try at home. Selections included Penang Red Curry Coconut Chicken from Tamarind, Penne Alla Vodka from Canaletto and Grilled Prawn Bruschetta from the Pinnacle Grill.
