Cruise Diary: Cruising With Kids Part 3

In Cabo San Lucas, we signed up for the semi-subs shore excursion. It was a perfect tour for the kids. See fish without getting wet.

The yellow semi-sub has glass windows in the lower section of the boat and the kids loved seeing all the fish swimming around.

We also saw some divers. I’m pretty sure they were feeding the fish to stir up activity! But it was fun. Adults and kids alike enjoyed it. They even played the Beatles’ Yellow Submarine song. (Yes, that is my son in the Nacho Libre costume.)

After viewing fish, the semi-sub headed over for sightseeing of the famous rock arches and hideaway beaches only accessible by boat. There are benches on the top of the boat and plenty of space to move around and take photos. We saw many sea lions swimming and lounging on the rocks. It was a sunny, gorgeous day on the water.

Don’t forget your camera because you will have a chance to get a stunning photo of your companion in front of the lovely arches.

And here’s the lovely ms Oosterdam in Cabo.
