2 c Milk
1 c Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Sugar
4 tbsp Butter
1 Green Apple – peeled, sliced, and center removed…keep in water with a dash of lemon juice
8 slices of cooked bacon, cold
Mix the white flour, salt, sugar. Whisk eggs. Make a hole in the flour mixture. Pour in eggs and a bit of milk. Stir. Slowly add more milk until consistency is to your liking. Melt the butter before you start frying. Whisk it through the batter. Melt some butter in the pan before you add batter for your first pancake. The pancake should take up the entire pan and be very thin as opposed to a typical fluffy American pancake.
· Top with powdered sugar, sprinkle ground cinnamon on top
· Top with strawberry jam
· Top with syrup
· Add apple slices and bacon to the frying pan, cover with batter, fry and serve
· Add diced, canned pineapples to the frying pan, cover with batter, fry and serve
