Another HAL University graduation ceremony has been held with seven Maasdam leaders. Congratulations to you all! Jaime de Castro-van der Loo is Maasdam’s human resources manager.
HAL University is still going strong. By now most of our leaders and supervisors had completed the program, but Maasdam had a few people who had yet to attend. With this graduating class we now have all completed the Leadership Academy program! Congratulations leaders and keep up the good work!

In the month of February, many officers and supervisors attended and completed the HAL University classes. On February 27, we had a celebration for this achievement. We had 44 officers and supervisors graduate from the HAL U programs this month. Our pâtissier prepared a beautiful cake and everybody got their certificate. The Eurodam recently celebrated the graduation of 41 Officers and Managers from our HAL University Leadership Academy.
