A total of 45 HAL University classes were conducted during the month of May. Within the last month, 77 people have graduated (47 Leadership and 30 supervisory certificates were issued). Kateryna Bannikova is Ryndam’s human resources manager.

In the month of May, 54 hotel department managers completed the HAL University leadership classes aboard Ryndam. On May 30th, a department wide meeting for supervisors and managers was organized to recapitulate what was discussed and taught during the leadership courses and to reemphasize the goals.
