Last Saturday, there were four (count ’em) Holland America Line ships in port at Fort Lauderdale.
We received these wonderful details from Noordam’s Hotel Manager James Deering and Human Resources Manger Janine Caratozzolo about their amazing day in St. Lucia. We placed 14 pallets of donated food and other goods along the pier in front of the ship. This became the backdrop for the Captain’s Presentation to the Prime Minister. On September 14, 70 Noordam crew members explored the ruins of Ephesus in Kusadasi, Turkey. The crew were amazed by the magnitude of this 3,000 year-old site. Special thanks to Stateroom Attendants Romi Riynaldo and Riwala Lande for the photos.
