On November 2, Maasdam’s team organized a special farewell reception for Juul Gehrmann, chief engineer. He will be leaving Holland America Line on November 7, 2012 after nearly 35 years of hard work and dedication. On Maasdam’s call to Port Canaveral, a few lucky crew members were able to join a tour to Disney’s Magic Kingdom in Orlando, Fl. Here are a couple pictures from the adventure. Jaime de Castro-van der Loo is Maasdam’s human resources manager.
