On July 25, Marlon and Roy were each given the challenge of preparing and serving a menu to the management on board the Eurodam, in an effort to pass the practical exam of their apprenticeship program. Marlon prepared delectable dishes such as a pumpkin and orange soup, while Roy wowed us with his chicken cordon bleu! They both did an outstanding job in both taste and presentation, which enabled them to pass this part of their program. The Eurodam is proud to have them as part of our apprenticeship program on board.
